At BK SAREES, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • The product must have original tags and packaging intact

Non-returnable items

  • Customized or blouse-stitched sarees
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Accessories (if applicable)

Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@poojasons.com
  2. Share your Order ID and reason for return
  3. Attach images in case of damaged/defective products

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where available.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method or store credit

Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images/video.
